Refund policy

At DAAD, we want our pieces to be a core part of your identity. Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

Exchanges: Available within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Returns (Manufacturing Defects): We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective item or something different from the description, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund.

How to Request: Simply reach out via WhatsApp (number on your shipping label) or DM us on Instagram. Please provide your Order # and a photo of the item.

Processing: Requests are approved within 3 business days. Our courier will reach you within 3-5 business days for pickup/exchange. Note: Shipping fees for exchanges/returns are covered by the customer unless it's a manufacturing defect.
