Shipping:
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days across Egypt.
Payment:
We support Cash on Delivery (COD), Apple Pay, and all major Credit Cards.
Exchanges:
Available within 3 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Returns (Manufacturing Defects):
We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective item or something different from the description, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund.
How to Request:

Processing:
Requests are approved within 3 business days. Our courier will reach you within 3-5 business days for pickup/exchange.
